Project Coordinator
Responsibilities
· Monitor site progress and site coordination works
· Liaise and coordinate with clients, architects, consultants and sub-contractor for developing construction details
· Plan and mobilize site works to fulfil the requirements of main contractor
Requirements
· Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies / Structural Engineering / Civil Engineering or Equivalent
· Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in Building Construction Industry
· Proficient in computer applications, e.g. MS Office and AutoCAD
Assistant Project Manager
Requirements
· Diploma / Degree holder in Building Studies or Construction Management or Engineering or Interior or Architectural Design or related discipline
· For SS/PC: Minimum 2 years site supervisor or project managemnet experience ideally in fitting out contractor or design and build contractor or furniture company
· Candidate with experience in other specialist contractors or suplliers will be considered as project coordinator
· Minimum 3 years fitting out experiences in contractor
· Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
· Knowledge on AutoCAD, and Sketch up is a bonus bout not a must
DRAFTSMAN
Responsibilities
· Prepare shop drawing for clients' review and approval submission
· Review and provide feedback on specification, measurements and drawings for onsite construction team in solving field problems
· Ensure drawings are accurate and complete
· Interface and co-ordinate wiht clients, constractors and other third parties
· Ability to handle project co-ordination, schedule, documentation, process control
Requirements
· Diploma in Interior or Architectural Design
· Minimum 2 years of experience infitting-out project management for residential, commerical, corporate office and retail
· Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must and MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
· Self-motivated, hardworking and capable of working under pressure
· Team player and good working attitude
· Strong attention to details
· Effective time management and organizational skills
· Experienced in Fit out Project in HKG/Macau

Project Assistant
Responsibilities
· Provide general administrative support and handling related documentation for project teams, familiar with aconex or other project system admin works.
· Provide full spectrum of administrative support for project team
· Follow up and keep tracking on the tender and project status
· Provide weekly and monthly project reports and summary
· Ensure coordination between clients, project delivery team and internal teams
· Assist to fill out fee proposals and tender documents of building projects
· Handle confidential documents, correspondences, records and maintain filing system
· Perform ad-hoc supporting task as requested
Requirements
· Well-organized, independent, detail minded and have a strong sense of responsibility
· Good in both spoken and written of English and Chinese
· Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook & Chinese Word processing
· Previous clerical experience in construction field would be highly preferred
· Candidates with less experience will be considered as Project Clerk
· Immediate availability is highly preferable

Safety Officer
Responsibilitie
· To assist Project Manager in the implementation of Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S) management system for Fit out Works and ensure compliance with EH&S regulations and corporate requirements
· To conduct site inspections (including out of normal working hours/days) and prepare reports with recommendations
· To conduct risk assessment for on-site activities
· To assist in formulating and review EH&S standards, procedures and conduct training programs
· To investigate incidents, identify preventive measures and prepare reports of findings with recommendations
· To provide EH&S technical supports, professional advice and guidance to project team
· To perform duties as assigned from time to time
