Senior Commercial Manager

Responsibility

·Pre-contract, tendering, budget and cost estimating experience in fit out projects

·Leading and develop team members to deliver service excellence

·Work collaboratively with other departments to manage related issues on the multi-disciplinary projects and liaise with  consultants/ Clients on  requirements

·Represent the company in a professional and diligent manner, meeting, negotiating and corresponding with clients forming a  strong working  relationship in true partnership

Requirements

·Diploma or above in a Quantity Surveying or related discipline

·Relevant Qualifications / Memberships such as RICS or equivalent preferred

·10 + years post graduate experience, ideally within the Contract and Cost Management team of complex fit-out projects in HKG/  Macau

·Pre-contract, post contract , tendering, budget and cost estimating experience

·Experience delivering projects in Asia is highly preferred

·Fluent Written and spoken English is essential

·Experience in handling clients, workers, contractors, landlords, suppliers and inspectors

·Experience in handling technical and management problems

·Proactive working attitude

·Working in Macau
